This coffee is a single origin directly from the 10,000 hectare (25,000acre) Las Tablas Preserve of Costa Rica where much of our efforts are focused on conservation. Less than 1% of the land within the preserve is used for coffee cultivation which itself is spread out among many small plots. This makes for what could be some of the most beautiful and biologically diverse coffee farms in the world. La Amistad produces a classic, light Costa Rican coffee with moderate acidity and a hint of fruit that is pleasing to drink anytime of day.
